Well I guess being born and raised in Ayrshire and with my surname that there was a chance that I could put some thoughts into words and arrive at some poems. I started writing these around 2006. Always had ideas in my head but only then did I take the time to actually write them down.

Lots of different influences allowing me to continue getting ideas and creating the words, my old friend from many years ago – Colin Hay continues to write such beautiful songs, and litening regularly to The Blue Nile helps me with the drive I need to create my own wee world.
