Out of the blue the island appeared
Opening her arms removing their fear
Removing the thoughts inside their head
Easing the feeling they know they’re not dead

Under the sun an oasis appeared
Footprints in sand guided them there
Water and shade provided for free
At last some salvation life could be seen

From the darkness of space a light appeared
From floating in life a black hole endeared
Re-entry was needed to act as a guide
Get back out in front no need to hide

From under the water a great distance below
Re-appearance to the surface allowed them to show
No matter the depth that you sink to in strife
Theres always a hand that will help you in life

In places you enter not opening your eyes
You may miss what’s in front of you that’s a surprise
Remove all the blinkers and look straight ahead
Remove all the fears that you had in your head

That feeling you get when the pain disappears
is worth more than anything removes all your fears
That feeling of comfort gives a purpose to life
All down to that person you have at your side
